worst is when you have both. but runny is sooo embarrassing especially when your nose gets red and sore from wiping to much.

A runny nose just needs paper hankies, a stuffed up nose you can`t talk properly, and invariably end up with a headache.

A runny noes = chaffed skin
A stuffy nose = itchyness, red eyes, headache
