If it’s smooth, not raised from your skin and doesn’t hurt, it’s probably just a birthmark. Nothing to worry about, birthmarks aren’t dangerous,nor is their anything to do about it if it is. If it just showed up recently, or itches, or burns ect… you need to see a doctor to figure out what it is.
