Go to a doctor ASAP and get tested for all STDs. What you describe is a symptom of gonorrhea. Sex is the usual way of getting it, but there are other ways.

Not sure. I get a slight pain after weeing after masturbation, but doesn’t last for more than about a minute. I’d say if it really bothers you and you think it might be something serious, see a doctor.
