Halls, or to be more specific, menthol-to soothe sore throats. Also, medicated remedies include chloraseptic spray or lozenges

honey!! In the bible ppl used it for everything, it has awesome pro bacteria properties and its a healthy way to soothe your throat.Even if it hurts when you drink it do it anyways you’ll thank me.oh(put about 2 table spoons in one cup of hot Water).

I always drink a ton of diet or regular soda. Soda is really bubbly, so it feels so good on your throat. Also, if your throat hurts and makes you not want to eat, eating a baked potato really feels good. Good luck.
